What will be included in my original canvaswork?

The prices include the stretched canvas and one pet portrait. Additional pets included in the painting may be added for an additional $15.00 each. Please note that as more pets are added to your painting, the smaller they will appear in the painting.

Will my original canvaswork be framed?

All pieces are shipped "ready to be framed" on stretched gallery wrapped canvases. Framing will be up to you.

How long will it take you to complete my original canvaswork

Please realize that these works are of the highest Quality, and Quality takes time. These are one of a kind originals, that no one else in the world will possess but you. Your patience will yield a beautiful piece of orginal canvaswork sure to become a treasured family heirloom. A minimum of three weeks time will be required to complete your artwork, and depending on it's complexity, it could take longer. It may take up to a year to complete a quality painting.

Do you create canvasworks of other pets besides dogs?

Yes, most of my clients want paintings done of their dogs, but occasionally someone wants their cats immortalized. I will be happy to discuss creating portraits of any of your pets.....including horses, pigs, etc.

Can you create a portrait from my photos sent over the internet?

Yes, but I prefer that your photos be sent to me snail mail. (see our ORDER FORM page) It is very difficult to set up an easel and work from a computer image, or one that is printed out from the computer. I will need large, clear photos of your pet. Please include full body shots (of each side) and three head shots (one of the right side, one left, and one full face). Be sure to include return postage for your photographs. How may I pay for my canvaswork?

One half of the amount is required upon receipt of your order. This is considered the deposit which allows the artist to purchase paints, brushes, and canvas. The remaining half is due upon completion of the painting. The painting will not be shipped until payment in full has been received. We accept credit card ( MasterCard, Discover, & Visa), money order, and personal check payments. Please see our ORDER FORM page for address, payment methods, etc.
